The Provins library has in its collection of ancient manuscripts five works specific to local liturgy in the Middle Ages: pieces in honour of Saint-Quiriace, Saint-Thibaut and Saint-Nicolas; pieces from the mass, antiphons, sequences, responsories and processions... Pieces dating from the 13th to the 15th century from these five manuscripts will be interpreted in the form of improvised polyphony and instrumental instrumental pieces intermingled with monodic pieces will echo the rich musical musical practice of this period.
